At Night’s Wave, every piece is made to order. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and keep each drop intentional and limited.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-demand drops, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking details once it has been shipped.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

6. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production or shipping begins, we cannot guarantee changes.
Night’s Wave is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
